Revision of October 9, 2026Consent to personal data processing ↓
01

General provisions

This Policy sets out how personal data of visitors to the MD Agency website (the Site) is processed and protected. It has been drawn up in accordance with Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 “On Personal Data”.

The Policy applies to all data the Operator receives through the Site: from requests, the brief and the web analytics service. By submitting a request, you confirm that you have read this Policy.

02

Operator

The personal data operator is Alexey Petrovich Kuchugurin (self-employed). Details and contacts are listed below.

03

What data we process

We only process what is needed to respond to your request:

  • contact details you provide yourself: e-mail, phone number or Telegram username;
  • the comment to your request and brief parameters — project type, scope, timeline, budget range and other configurator answers;
  • technical data: IP address, browser and device information, cookies, pages viewed and actions on the Site. These are collected by Yandex Metrica.

We do not request special categories of personal data or biometric data.

04

Purposes of processing

  • to respond to your request and contact you through the channel you chose;
  • to prepare a preliminary project estimate and a commercial proposal;
  • to analyse traffic and improve the Site using anonymised statistics.
05

Legal basis

Request data is processed based on your consent (clause 1, part 1, article 6 of Law No. 152-FZ), which you give by submitting a request or the brief. Yandex Metrica technical data is processed to analyse how the Site works; the Site notifies you of this collection on your first visit. The text of the consent is given at the end of this page.

06

Where and how data is stored

Request data is stored in the Site database. A notification about a new request, including its contents, is automatically forwarded to the Operator's team via Telegram so that we can reply quickly.

Only team members who handle requests have access to the data. Data is transmitted over a secure connection (HTTPS), and access to the database is restricted.

We do not sell data or share it with third parties, except for the services named in this Policy and cases provided for by law. Yandex Metrica technical data is processed by YANDEX LLC under its own rules.

07

Retention period

Data is kept until the purposes of processing are achieved, but no longer than 3 years from receipt, or until consent is withdrawn — whichever comes first. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

08

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • find out which of your data is processed and how;
  • request that your data be corrected, blocked or deleted if it is incomplete, outdated or processed unlawfully;
  • withdraw your consent to processing at any time;
  • appeal the Operator's actions to Roskomnadzor or in court.

To exercise your rights or withdraw consent, write to the Operator's e-mail listed in the “Operator” section. We will reply within 10 business days.

09

Cookies

The Site stores a note in your browser that you have closed the cookie notice — this is strictly necessary.

The Site uses Yandex Metrica cookies: traffic reports and the click map; Session Replay (Webvisor) is disabled. You can opt out by blocking cookies in your browser settings or by installing the Yandex Metrica opt-out add-on: https://yandex.ru/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html.
